NA Windwalker Build?

So I'm going to play DN again. ( NA Argenta )
I was wondering if anyone could get me any good builds for a WW?
I'm going to be more based on PvE, but I like to PVP too.
I'm guessing a Hybrid build?
Idk I haven't played since OB came out.
I was just basically look for help in game and out.

That's a frequently asked question.
Tempest is better at WW in 1v1 PvP by far because of Evade and Hurricane Dance. A lot of people say Tempest = PvP and Wind Walker = PvE, and that's mostly true, but it really just depends on playstyle. A Wind Walker can still be very good in PvP but they won't have the same advantages as a Tempest.

You honestly can't go wrong with either class for either purpose. It's true that Tempests are naturally better at PvP, but a Wind walker will still kick copious amounts of ass. I'd really say go with what you find more fun.

go tempest if you're the competitive type of person and care about the least details. go for WW if you want to troll and fly around the map.
