NA Does struck by lightning improve when it is leveled?

I've heard in pvp, that if you level the skill "struck by lightning" to a certain level, you can fire more than one bolts of lightning. Is this true?

I would like to see a video and know more about it, because to me ranking it to at least 11 sounds great, because how I think it works then is adds another 2 extra of the magic damage values it shows in the tooltip as the other two strikes.

For example:
pre 11:
110% phys.
110% mag.

post 11:
110% phys.
110% mag.
110% mag.
110% mag.

Consider the 10 sec CD and it sounds OP, doesn't it? Anyone in the world ranked this so far to expose the unknown?

I can give you guys more information about this skill. I have played around with it.

Personally, I like it. It isn't overpowered but it is a good dps skill.

After level 11, the animation changes from 1 bolt to 3 bolt. However, the attack actually does 5 hits instead of 1. Adding the physical launch at the beginning, this skill does total of 6 hits after level 11.

The damage of the 5 magical hits are split five ways. Each hit can critical by itself.

I have around 800-1200 physical attack and 1900-2600 magic attack.

My initial hit on struck by lightning is 2000-2600. The following 5 hits splits it into 600-1000 per hit normally. So that's around 5000 - 7600 damage per skill. I think it does pretty good for a 10s skill. It does more damage than my Lightning Bolt, which does 500-800 per hit for 9 hits (Or 11 max if I aim it right.) Lightning bolt would net me 4500-7200. This is none critical hits by the way.

I did notice that the range of the magical attack also increases after level 11. It is also more spread out.

I don't know what my Pally would do without his level 11 SbL. Can't wait until I can get that on my newly started priest. That right there is a good between cd skill overall, and a staple of any cleric (especially with it doing physical and magical, so it works out for any build)

I have level 11 sbl on my priest, but I don't think the damage is any more than it would be if it was one bolt. It seems like the magic damage is actually spread out among the 5 hits, so it can actually do less damage in many cases.

I talked to some paladins who said it was good for comboing though, since it lets you pick people up with stomp kick -> sbl.
