I play Priest so I'll give my thoughts on it:
1. Preference. No right or wrong answer. 2. Priest with relics can solo anything. You can abuse the relics agro ability, and as long as you don't attack, the relics will hold all agro and whittle enemies down to death. It is the ultimate kill anything and never get hit class of this game for now. Supposedly in later patches this agro ability is removed. So don't get too attached to it. For now though, it has no comparison for safety. Kills slower, but with good gear, it isn't bad at all. 3. I run with 2 skill crests Lightning relic cool down, and Healing relic cool down. For stat enhancements I run Mystical and Wise for magic attack as well as Health and Life giving for HP. I have over 1000 magic attack and 21,000 hp. 4. I plan on going Hybrid, but focusing most points on the right tree and buffs. I only plan to take base level and prerequisite levels of skills on the inquisitor skill tree to supplement my relics. I mix melee attack combos with relics and skills. Kicking is only used to chain combo, though I have no kick skills or plates. I've soloed everything the game currently has to offer PvE wise with no issue and no deaths. The only exception being Edge of Darkness. I did 3 rounds before I got bored doing it alone and haven't found a group for it yet. Not that I have looked really. That is my input. I was hoping to try out a pally at some point with plans to go Crusader, but that is on hold for now I guess. |

All equipment in this stage of the game is standard. Gear doesn't really matter until level 24, and it's basically the same. Enhanced greens, crafted blues, crafted ancient gear.

My wand I ended up with light attack % so I'm set with that. My shield I am still fighting to get the damn physical attack stat off of. I've had terrible luck with sparks on this damn shield. About 15 sparks and resets now and still end up with undesirable stat combinations on the shield. Accessories are the weak part of my setup at the moment. I have a mix of mediocre blue accessories that focus on Magic Damage, intellect, and vitality. Sparks on them are also terrible, keep getting strength and agility or physical damage. I've mentioned my plates above. All are blue accept for my lightning relic, which has an epic cool down plate I got from a 1000 frag pouch bought from Bailey. All in all, my gear is nothing amazing compared to what other people have. But from what I understand, it will be more than enough to get to level 32 when we get that content, and my resources saved will be useful toward a better set at that point. As I mentioned before I can solo pretty much anything the game can throw at me, so I'm not bothered for anything better. |

Hi! I'm playing DN SEA as a Priest going Inquisitor.
Here's a list of my gear as of now. +10 White Lion Headgear (Luck) - Crit / Para Resistance and % HP Potential +10 White Lion Armor/Trousers (Iron Wall) - Crit / Para Resistance and % HP Potential +10 White Lion Gloves/Shoes (Tent) - Crit / Para Resistance and % HP Potential +10 White Lion Wand (Intellect) - 8% Light Attack 4.5% Int Potential +8 White Lion Shield (Intellect) - 8% Light Attack 4.5% Int Potential Prefixes explanation ![]() Luck - Prefixed on headgear gives you 25% chance to reflect PHYSICAL damage for 3 seconds (20 seconds CD) Good defense against Warriors coz most players play as warriors since its the "easy mode" class for PVP (sure flame me bout it, its true anyway). You need like 300+ Goddess Medals from PVP to craft this. Iron Wall - Again 25% for both Armor and Trouser, Physical damage reduction for xx seconds (2 minutes CD) Good defense against warriors (again). Tent - 12% chance for gloves/shoes. Magicial damage reduction for xx seconds (2 mins CD) Good defense against mages. 12% is kinda low I know but you have "Protection Shell" buff anyway which grants you both Physical and Magical damage reduction for 1 minute. Intellect - 10% for both Wand and Shield. Additional xx% magic damage on your attack etc too lazy to explain. The potentials Vit and Intelligence + HP is good BUT I prefer the crit / paralyze resistance BECAUSE those stats work in PVP. 8% Light attack on my weapon <- Your choice if you want to deal more damage. Magic % Attack is also good since your healing relic heal rate is based on your magic attack. Now for your question. 1. Priest for me to annoy people in PVP. Lightning relic is awesome. Protection Shell also gives a huge amount of difference on your defense in PVP. 2. Priest obviously. Lightning relic is also a tanker since it takes agro from mobs. Also in demand in parties coz of your buffs. 3. Magician,Wise,Health,Vitality(Lv.24) Add Undaunting and Fatals upon reaching 32. |

1. Pally or Priest and why? Paladin. Because I played one and I'm loving it.
__________________2. Which can solo best, and which is more accepted as useful in a party. Probably Priest solos better in terms of survivability. He can even run a dungeon without a single HP decrease! 3. Specific crests I should get for one/both of them? Paladin skill crests (kick Paladin): HTK + HK + Electric Smite + Divine Avatar 4. Types of builds? (kick pally ect.?): There are Kick Paladins (Physical/tanker one), and Magical Paladins. Sirius Vosperion. The brightest star of a joyful night.

I'm only a lvl 21 Paladin but I love it so far. PvP is a bit harsh at my level, but Priests seem to do well also, but the most QQ I've seen lately is that Paladin/Mercs having free reign once they get off a combo.
As to which can solo best, I solo'd Forest of sleepers on Abyss quite easily at lvl 16 or 17, as well as another dungeon on abyss, I kind of got raped a bit, but still did it with SS rank. I highly recommend Paladins for the faster, easier solo'ing. The high armor and health help a lot once you learn your block and SoF abilities, SoF being the one that I use when I'm getting hit multiple times and my heal is almost on CD, or just when i get lazy. I have never played a Priest, but I believe their relics hold aggro quite well, which is nice, but I'd much rather rush into a mob, shin break everything, and with my Ssacred Hammering, destroy everything while barely taking damage, which is efficiently healed by 1 point in Aura of Healing. I do believe I've solo'd the harpy dungeon at a rather low level also. Specific crests? Don't ask me, I'm running a more magic damage Paladin for Crusader right now, but I am trying to gain as much int and vit on my gear in general, I imagine crests would be the same. AS for builds I'm going off this: http://jcaspian.co.cc/dn/simulator/?U35HYO6dwtmNOdSnTcp6KCx|138$312$50&ifr=crusader.h tml It's a template for Crusader that maximizes the Magic damage that they do. There are also kicker builds (physical) but I find them boring, much rather use magic damage.
