I wanna suggest make a different SEA sub category.
I think 1 bracket is not enough.
Having a separate server bracket from NA might help.
I mean this site better than CC forums.. (that's what I think.)
I want the SEA players to spend time here also.
I think that can be achieved if We can drag people and form a community of players from SEA.

Thus separate Category/Sub Category.

I vote for being like the other sites. You can lurk, but you can't download. Guests have to sign up to download so they do something for us.
