HELP plz

evry time i try to log in and play dragon's nest i get a window in the log in screan and it say "An error occurred wile logging in. please go to dragonnesr.nexon.net for troubleshoting support" i wana play i get tht plz help

Are you in the U.S.?

You'll have to play the version available in your region.

i am from Puerto Rico soo idk what in the wordl map we go in i all ways thought we were part of U.S but guest not idk were can i get other rigion version game of dragon nest

ty aloto man i try tht but i stil thick is a little mest up tht U.S dont thick of us as part of them but stil they preciden can come hear stay in our hotel take our money(wish i do know the same noney of america) but block us i thick they relly shod put tht wen you goin to donwlode the game let you know tht PR or what ever rigion you r on is not soported by tht game but w/e(and to let know i sed this in a calm mood and di not meent to like hurt only was to point somthing out i hope i dont get grif trole or w/e els cus of this reply)

but most inportan ty this furom is way more help tht the NX one ty relly here i fot my ansew ty
