DNSource website technical issue?

Just wondering, is anyone experiencing/has anyone experienced a weird bug/glitch with the website where there seems to be a conflict between having the "www." in the site name or not?

what happens is, randomly, i'll come onto DNS and the URL will be dragonnestsource.com without the "www." When this happens, it's as if that URL and "www.dragonnestsource.com" are 2 different domains or something.

Any link/url with "www." will not load and acts as if it's broken. i have to remove the "www." in order for the page to load. in fact i'm not even able to log in normally since the login redirect is from "www.dragonnestsource.com.." instead of just "dragonnestsource.com"

i had to take a roundabout route through the user cp to log in.. and have had to remove "www." on every page to get here.

Dom if you're reading this i messaged you a while ago and you had no idea what was wrong

I seem to have the same problem on my home computer, but I am experiencing more of an on and off thing where sometimes I can access it and sometimes I can't. I will try removing the www. later when it doesn't work again.

I looked online and it might have something to do with the DNS cache (NOT dragon nest source, it's domain name system) and you have to do a bunch of stuff to fix it. It's something to do with your ISP, not the site itself. My problem is not that big a deal, even though it gets annoying so I didn't bother trying fixing it. yea this is an on and off thing for me as well.

for the most part things are fine.. just every so often.. and it's a bother.

but thanks for that link!.. hopefully it works. I'll test it out the next time this comes up.

What browser did you use? If you're using Google Chrome, it's natural. it's their habit to take out the "www." in the site name.

dang so i tried that IP fix. unfortunately, still no good =/

i use firefox so i don't know what's wrong.

isn't the lack of www. not supposed to make a difference.. especially if this site is supposed to be registered as "www.dragonnestsource.com" ? shouldn't it detect it and automatically use that?

unless this place is also registered as "dragonnestsource.com"
