i can't see any screenshot

i keep using my screenshots i can see that in that chat box it says that it is saved in my doc dragon nest folder screenshot but when i look at the folder there aren't any screenshots there that i have saved i have 2 dragon nest clients the other one is deleted and the one that i installed first is the one that i am using what now? how can i fix this problem pls help!!

i thnk your using x64 os. try cheking into you nests program folder. i also have this prob once..
