Default Make your own level 60 cap skills

Oh DN Source, why do you distract me from my homework...

So let's be creative (or unoriginal like me, either works) and think of new skills that we can/want to have at the level 60 cap. :3 Even if ideas are stupid, go with it. AND DON'T JUDGE ME.

Saint:
Healing Relic EX: Regenerates additional 15% health depending on caster's magic, and also regenerates mana equal to 40% of your magic damage.
Resurrection: Resurrects all dead party members in the area. Party members revive with 10%/15%/30%/50% of their max HP and mana depending on skill level. Cooldown of 90 to 120 seconds. Skill cannot be used when caster is dead.
Heaven's Gate: Surrounds caster with a dome shield that makes all nearby party members invincible for 4 seconds or something. 90 to 120 second cooldown. [I miss WonderKing :c]

Elestra/Ice Witch:
Freezing Stance: Gives party members additional super armor and their attacks have a small chance to freeze targets. (most OP skill ever)

Some things I managed to come up with:

Moonlord:
Lunatic Force: A self-buff that causes your physical skills to lower the enemy's magic defense and your magic skills to lower their physical defense.

Majesty:
Oppression: A self-buff that changes your aerial left-click. With this active, it will keep you from falling for a brief time and allow you to hurl gravity projectiles at your opponents. Continuous use allows you to continue floating until the duration ends.

Inquisitor:
Nova: Charges shortly, then releases a ball of lightning that travels forward for a time. It dissipates if it goes out of range, but hitting an enemy will cause it to unleash energy within the surrounding area, hitting enemies caught in it multiple times.

For artillery SS, their ulti should be an EX version of their hawk ballista where once the magic arrows shoot out, guided missiles explode out of each one and hone in on either the main target or all of the surrounding targets.

This question has always been burning in the back of my mind.

Moonlord:
Cyclone slash EX: Damage is increased by 30%, now sucks in enemies.
Greatmoon pillar: New active skill where the moonlord slams his sword into the ground and a giant pillar of light pins his enemies to the ground.

Gladiator:
Aerial combo EX: Hits increased to 5, if right click is pressed before the 4th hit, an aerial frenzied charge is used.
Greatsword furry: Charge up a bit then unleash a flurry of slashes on your opponent.

Barbarian:
Demolition fist EX: Damage increased by 30%, super armor destruction by 50%. Creates a shockwave after the punch that covers 2m 180 degrees in front of the punch that has 20% of the original attack's strength.
Infinity combo: Release a furious yell then unleash a flurry of kicks and punches ending with a giant smash that sends anything caught in it flying.

Destroyer:
Punishing swing EX: Damage and explosion size is increased by 30% as well as an increase of 50% more superarmor destruction.
Earthquake: Slam the ground to crack the ground in a 5m radius ahead of you. The closer they are, the more damage they will take.

Sniper:
Aerial chain shot EX: Increases the number of arrows by 30%, and if the right click button is pressed, a powerful piercing shot is released.
Vital shot: A well aimed shot which makes the enemy take 50% more damage from crits for 10 seconds.

Artillery:
Rapid shot EX: Range is increased by 2m. A second ring of arrows is created and will zoom in all at once on where you're aiming after the first round of arrows.
Magical bomber: Jump into the air and fire an arrow under you that will detonate upon contact creating a large explosion.

Selena/pyromancer:
Inferno EX: Damage is increased by 20%. Burn duration is increased by 50%.
Fire pillar: Creates a pillar of fire in that knocks people into the air in front of you. After the skill is pressed, press the left click button to release it. Holding it for longer will cause the casting circle to move further away from the player, deal more damage, and have an increased blast radius.

Elestra/Ice Witch:
Ice cold field: Increases the duration of the debuff and attack radius by 30%.
Icy bloom: Casting this around frozen enemies will create icy flowers that bloom on top of them. The longer they are frozen, the bigger the flower gets. Just before the ice breaks, the flowers explode, dealing damage based on size.

Majesty:
Triple orbs EX: Each orb now lasts an extra hit and when an orb expires, a small explosion takes place for extra damage.
Mist of the void: Tear a hole into another dimension to release a poisonous gas. The longer they stay in the mist, the stronger the poison effect is.

Smasher:
Force shield EX: Amplifies the effects of the shield by 50% and now also reflects some damage back to attacker.
Laser knife: Two orbs appear on both sides of the player. A laser beam connects the two orbs together and the player sends it out at high speed, cutting everything in its path

Guardian:
Stance of faith EX: Range of shockwaves increased by 50% and heals hp by 10% of the user's magic attack strength every block.
Divine bubble: Takes 5 guardian bubbles to cast, create a bubble of protection in 5m that completely protects everyone from damage for 3 seconds.

Crusader:
Sacred hammering EX: Now an extra hit is added to most attacks along with a range increase. It also now has a very small chance to electrocute enemies.
Passing judgement: Call forth a giant bolt of lightning from the sky, instantly electrocuting everything caught in it's range.

Saint:
Healing relic EX: Now provides a regen effect which heals a player 1% of their hp a second and a protective shield that protects against 10k damage that lasts for 10 seconds.
Sanctuary: Four relics are slammed into the ground 4m all around the caster which lasts for 10 seconds. A protective field is generated which prevents any enemy from entering unless one of the relics is destroyed. Also heals players 30% of the caster's magic attack power every two seconds.

Inquisitor:
Chain lightning EX: Allows up to 5 hits per enemy, with an increased range for lightning bolts to jump to another enemy. The total number of hits allowed is increased by 50%.
Celestial orb: Casts a large, slow moving orb which has a mild pulling ability and deals constant damage when in contact. After a set distance it explodes, stunning and dealing massive damage to everything in range.


I'm at a loss for what to put for acrobats. I can't of anything that isn't just...more kicks and speed.

Artillery - Toxicity - A frag arrow that shoots out, splitting into 4 when hitting and enemy, and splits into 4 more if it manages to hit more leaving all enemies hit have poison damage dealt for 10 seconds.

Tempest - Ghost Walk - Run at high speeds for 4 seconds running through enemies dealing high amounts of damage to each damage

Thats all I got, but I think those would be good skills.
