I'm guessing that Sea Dragon will come with the next update, which is around the end of Feb, and lvl 50 cap will come a month or two after that.

Don't expect to have fun with this nest. I've done my fair share of research and no one at the 40 cap has passed it. There is only that myth that one pt managed to do it, but there is no evidence.

So unless you have a pt with full +11 (min) apoc gear then life in dn will still suck till about March or April.

It wouldn't be in there interest to delay it. Everyone knows player base has long since dwindled which correlates to less people buying NX. Completely opposite of what they want. Ultimately it's not Nexon's decision when to implement these updates. But they damn sure should be pushing for sooner instead of later.

I strongly agree with you. At the moment, I think we'll get the Level 50 cap raise as expected in March IF there's little to no unscheduled maintenance sessions from now up until that anticipated date.
