Union

Union is a hardcore PvP guild with a goal to be the best in the Argenta server. We are a tight-knit community full of Dragon Nest lovers and we just seriously enjoy playing the game. Our community helps each other to reach each individual goal we may have and we just have tons of fun playing together. Even though Union is a PvP guild, PvE is not shunned by us at all. We actually need PvE in order to be the best in PvP (through Crests and potentials and hitting lvcap). If you are looking forward to an organized, highly competitive PvP guild in Dragon Nest, consider Union as one of your choices.

A little bit about the current leaders:

I am a 19 year old Dragon Nest fanatic. I started to play Dragon Nest back in December casually but I really started to get into it in February/March. I heard about Dragon Nest a few years ago but I didn’t have the drive to play at that time. Once I started to get into it however, I became a full addict, even staying up all night to play the game.

Dragon Nest is the first game to motivate me enough to join a community full of Dragon Nest lovers. That’s the sole reason I joined Dragon Nest Source; so I can share what I know and learn what I don’t know. I consider Dragon Nest Source a great and helpful community and sooner or later, I ended up with the most posts on the forum. I tend to become extremely chatty when it comes to things I really enjoy and that’s where the posts came from.

I have created every single class in Dragon Nest; however, I only reached lv40 with three of them: Priest, Elementalist, and Mystic (Force User). I was able to play Dragon Nest by reading a now outdated guide for cDN. After playing for a while, I decided to create my very own guide for cDN seeing as how the amount of people asking me how I got into cDN kept increasing on a daily basis. I took the time to create the guide and I try to write extremely detailed information to make sure everyone can follow it successfully.

I really enjoy writing guides and the few guides that I have released have become extremely popular among the Dragon Nest fanatics. The reason why I do not release guides very often is because I am a perfectionist. That may sound positive but it’s more of a curse – I can’t post a guide until I know almost everything about the topic in hand. That’s the biggest reason why you don’t see me writing any class guides; I feel like I don’t know enough about them to be able to post an adequate guide about them.

I am also an incredible PvP fanatic. Once I saw the PvP gameplay for Dragon Nest, I fell in love. I knew from then that I would invest hours and hours of my time to learn more about the PvP system and to see if I can come out on top. A lot of youtubers know this, but I also post PvP videos of PvP matches on my channel (qimpressionq). I post a lot of videos and all of them are in HD and since I upload on a weekly basis, I have established a pretty nice subscriber base. I intend to lead Union with the other co-leaders with my extensive experience in Dragon Nest and my ability to make sound and objective decisions whenever the need arises. If you are a PvP loving Dragon Nest player and just love playing with a close community of like-minded individuals, you might want to consider Union as your second home.

Management
Impression (me) is the leader of Union. Union is in the Argenta server as well. If there are any issues, concerns, or even questions, feel free to ask any of the available leaders.

Requirements:

1. Age 16 + (unless mature for a young age).

2. You must be able to respect every single guild member and not start any drama.

3. Must have Ventrilo or some kind communication program to talk with other guild mates, mic preferred but not required. You can just chat without a mic. Ventrilo for those that don’t know is a free program that you can download.

4. Must have experience with Dragon Nest on any other version or have some sort of knowledge / research of how it works.

5. Must be active and dedicated to the guild. This also means you cannot join other guilds.

6. Be above the level requirement. We will update the level requirement needed to join the guild every week or so. You must be above that level in order to join the guild. If you are in the guild and you aren't past the level requirement within a week or two, you will be given a heads up. If you do not meet the level requirement a week later, you will be kicked.

7. This is a PvP guild for the most part. PvE knowledge is also useful for getting into the competitive PvP level and getting the gear required. We intend to be competitive so expect a lot of guild competitions.

8. You must speak English. This includes not speaking chat-speak. Being illiterate will only lower your chances of getting into the guild as well.

9. You must be willing to post on the guild thread on the Dragon Nest Website. We need to grow as a tightknit community and what better way to do that than speaking with others on the guild website? =)

10. When you are accepted, you will be put on trial. The trial information will be available to you once you join.

Rules

1. No Cheating
Union has a no cheating policy. If a member is caught either using an illegal third-party program or in-game exploit such as item duping, he or she will be removed from the guild. Members also will not benefit from the cheating of non-guilded players. If you are in a pick-up in a group and players are exploiting, you are expected to leave or if you are leading the group, to remove the players whom are cheating. You are also not allowed to join other guilds that are a part of Dragon Nest. If there is an issue with that, ask the leader/managers.

2. Attendance /Activity
While we do not have a minimum attendance requirement we do expect you to be active. If we have any guild events, we expect you to be involved. Also, if a member needs to take some time off from the game do to real life issues he/she is expected to inform the guild. Use the absences/MIA forum on our guild website for that.

3. Website and Forum Contribution
Members are required to regularly visit and contribute to the website. There will often be important information listed in the "Guild News/Announcements" section of the forums that members may be required to read and sign. Members may also be required to comment or "bump" threads on the official forums such as a public recruitment thread for example.

4. No Sharing Private Strategies or Information
Showing or leaking information from the Members-Only section of the forums or other known guild strategies without permission the Leaders will not be tolerated.

5. Loot Distribution
Loot will be distributed via random rolls for players who "need" the dropped item.

6. Social/Helpful
You are required to be social in the guild chat or in the guild Ventrilo. Don't be shy. Also, try to answer your guildees questions. If you're trying to sell something or getting rid of something in your inventory that you don't want, ask a guildee if they want it instead. It is Union's goal to make the guild strong as one, and not strong for one particular person. That is why we're called UNION.

7. PvP
Union is a PvP guild. This means you are required to do PvP. That does not mean you have to hate PvE. But if you don’t do any PvP at all, this guild is probably not the guild for you.

8.Trolling
You are NOT ALLOWED to troll people. This includes bragging, kicking people during dungeon runs, hating on other guilds on the nexon forum, or other stuff.

9. Commitment
You must be extremely committed to our guild and our guild only. This means that you are not allowed to join any other guild and your alts will have to join our side guild Unite.

PvP

Union is all about PvP. If you dislike PvP or want to play PvP casually, then this guild is not for you. We will be extremely competitive and a lot of our events will revolve around PvP. Our community will help each other in the arena as many times as we possibly can. We’ve got a great group of PvP fanatics that are willing to go out of their way to help you on your road to becoming better in PvP.

Events

Union will be having events hosted by respected members in the guild. We will have a lot of events which include PvP tournaments, finish the dungeon the fastest, riddles, etc. The details will be made available on the actual guild site once you are accepted.

I can truthfully say I couldn't have asked for a better guil... family to be apart of. Within my first few days of being in Vent I've shared more laughs and weird experiences than I could have hope to have in a single day.

Yeahh I agree with this, the ventrilo conversations are amazing, and we've all grown basically as a guild and became good friends with eachother, and are becoming a family guild! Whenever a new person comes into the vent they slowly become one of the core members of our guild!

I really love this guild, we are all so helpful and friendly(Whether its with free stuff, cheap crests, plvling alts, secret money making techniques, or lending money) We're becoming a tight knit group of friends.

tl;dr: Everyone thinking of applying, go for it, it's well worth the time!
