Now i see what just happened!" and i'll savor the story that much more...did that make ANY sense or am i just weird?
Haha I understand you... But in my opinion the first time someone plays the game is always the most exiting. Lets say that you're a kid and you just got the video game you've always wanted. The first time you play the game is just so magical and you'll want to know all the tricks and the story and explore... But the second time you play it, you know all the moves and all the secret areas, so it just won't be as magical as the first time you played it. So in my opinion, if I play the Japanese version first and then the North American later, I'll be bored of the NA version too fast because I'm gonna have to do everything that I did in the Japanese version all over again. Not fun. And on top of that, you can't understand what other people are saying or the dialogue in the JP version, so if the first time you play Dragon Nest is the JP version it also won't be as magical because you can't fully undertsand it.

I hope that made sense.

i get where you're coming from. i just have a lot of fun trying to unravel the story that i can only understand in bits and pieces. i find that that actually adds to the magic of it, and when i can really read it... it will be that much better. also i hope like crazy that DN will have enough replay value, that playing it once won't ruin it.

Yup yup! I agree with Hikari.....though I REALLY wish I could read Japanese. Does anyone know if there is a translation for the dialog in the main story quests? Said person would earn many points in my 1st edition "Konso's List of AWESOME People" (I keep a running list of those who do things of awesomeness =^_^=)

You don't need an account to play the demo?

Last time I messed with the demo, it was an offline executable with no checks. It should run right out of the box.

Can't say anything for these files, though. I got mine elsewhere.

>Clean files

That's what I want to know too.

Update; It appears to be clean- downloaded and scanned, nothing alarming found- yet.

Update2; k, file opens with windows media player/read as windows media player file. ffffuuuuuu

Update 3; I was somehow finally able to unzip the file, but it doesn't operate properly unfortunately. Not worth the time and effort to download and try to get working, although this could just be my bad luck getting in the way.

It's working fine for me. I just played a bit. I got to the 4th part and I didn't know how to clear it and just now I went and looked for a walkthrough.
