I love how they do ninja edits from 2am to 3am, instead of adding a note at the bottom saying they need 1 more hour.

It should be, but due to the fact that this is Nexon, it's to be understood that they can't, in fact, tell time.

Well, it should indeed be 6 AM Eastern, but in their haste to ninja edit the starting time (in Pacific), they seem to habitually forget to update the Eastern bit.
