During this period, all servers will be unavailable.

Looks like we're not getting a level cap increase just yet.

Edit: They decided to change it to Thursday.

IKR, who the hell needs the park and the dark boundaries? the ladder system is ok, but should the LV 32 CAP be more IMPORTANT? nexon noes we want the cap raise, and they know ppl will rage, so why didnt they do it? CDN added lv 32 cap with these 3 features, so i see no reason why nexon doesnt want to add the lv raise. they are just dog

The reason they're not releasing a level cap is because ITS AN OPEN BETA.
Not the full fucking game, learn what a beta is, we test content, not a level cap increase.
Contect > Level Cap, for open beta at least

Pretty sure we tested crap long enough. Open beta just checks if the game is stable and all that crap and it clearly isn't because of the crappy servers Nexon uses despite the fact that they have the money to get better ones the simply don't care. Only reason it's stable these days is cause a fairly large amount of people gave up on this game.
