What works in balanced PvP?

As title says, im not really sure what works in balanced pvp. I wanna mess around with Inquisitor but i don't know which passives/skills to leave out.

I think there were several threads a few months ago that discussed this thoroughly, do a search for it if you want a long answer.

But off the top of my head, things that work in balanced:
- Skill plates/crests (NOT the stats ones)
- Skill points
- Wings speed bonus (my guildy said he tested this out by racing someone)

I'm pretty sure wings were confirmed to not work, but that was a long time ago. Different levels of dash/manuvering/start times could affect the results, but he could have done it right for all I know. Skill rings also work in pvp (kinda like adding skill points).
