Game keeps saying I'm hacking?

I'm new here so sorry if I post in the wrong place

Okay, so I downloaded this game before, but decided to uninstall it because I couldn't figure out how to fix my problem. So I start playing the game, and I begin to do the first mission, and then a small box pops up and tells me to close any hacking or illegal programs I have open. I don't have a virus, I can't and don't hack, and I even went into task manager and closed a bunch of processes that looked even remotely suspicious. I really want to play this game- someone please help! :

NEW DEVELOPMENT: When I started recording to try to put it on youtube, it stopped saying I was hacking, and let me play do I have to do that every time?
