help! game problem!

When i'm inside the game, all it is is a bunch of white! i can see the skill window,

actually, here is an image that sums up my problem

can someone help me how to fix this!?

Is that the demo version? What are your com specs?

yes, it is the demo version

but the same thing happens in the (JP) version as well. i have it downloaded and installed using the guide.

anyway, here's my specs, AKA my dxdiag

i asked a lot of people, they should i should be fine, but i am clueless on what to do
