Since I dont have an intel integrated GPU I cant help you. I only have experience with dedicated graphic cards (ati and nvidia). Sorry.

I don't know about Nvidia Users, but i assume it will be Quite common towards ATI/AMD users, because in my case were it Catalyst who is playing badboy, you see, catalyst got a build in function Called Catalyst AI ( AI means Artificial Intelligence ) but in short is it your graphics card trying to decide which kind of Graphics you need, and fail miserably in the process. more or less all you have to do is

If you have an intel processor like me, go to Start>Control Panel>Intel(R)Graphics and Media>3D>Set the 3D Preference bar to Quality

That's all I did and the blurry text gone.

BTW I'm using Intel i5 and win7-64bit
