Well, both of them, really; just depends on how close you want to be while you're AoEing everything.

i reccon, all classes are equally leveled. Each and one of them has their own strengths and weaknesses.

Elemental Lord is kind of gimped compared to Force User in PvE. But you should just pick what you like.
