NA Is it possible to have a faster attack speed?

Is is possible to increase your attack speed with equipment,crest,nx.etc? Or do I have to continuously use skills??
I'm level 13 and I wanna be a hammer merc and hammers are so slow but fun D:

Nope. Attack speed cannot be increased. Skill attack speeds can be increased with crests however (and that option for crests is only available to certain skills).

since the right click skill(side kick)is a skill i can get crest on that right :O must get some...

If u're a Paladin, u need the half turn kick..which makes your kicks faster.
If you're going for kick-build Paladin

There's this uhm, I think it's an Acro skill. Or could be an SS skill. Well regardless of which, it increases Movement speed and Casting speed. I wish something like that was available on a crest or perhaps an accessory. That'd be cool o:

I believe their animations were intentionally slowed down. Due to the fact that they have a tendency to knock people around, literally. Sort of like a safeguard to prevent them from getting OP o-o;

Yeh if mercs had faster animation speed everyone would PvP with them and only acros with good skill and mystics with good time stop combo's could kill'em. Right now, its still hella hard to kill mercs D:

lol i tried using a hammer at lvl 10 cant use it at all since i barely got any skills xD so slow T.T ima get some kick plates so i can spam right click
